[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor should provide General Transcription services for government authority.
2) Contractor needs to transcribe digital audio files, standard audio cassette tapes and CD & DVD to written record.
3) All digital audio files must be transcribed and returned through FTP (File Transfer Protocol) through Novuscript within 72 hours.
4) Cassette tapes, CD and DVD must be transcribed and returned via email within 72 hours.
5) Contract period shall be for two (2) years and it may extend for two (2) additional one year periods.
6) Contractor should capable of producing 2000 pages of transcription per month.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
