We are California; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider to provide After Hours Telephone Answering (Maintenance) Services. This Service also includes answering “Safe Line”, for “How is my driving” calls and Staff Emergency calls.

[A] Scope of Service:

1) Contractor needs to provide 24-Hour Live Telephone Answering Services.
2) Contractor shall be taking messages, contacting staff, paging, cross-connecting calls, making calls on behalf of staff, wake up calls, faxing/e-mailing messages.
3) Contractor shall send a daily report of all the messages of previous day and weekend.
4) Contractor will be required to record all calls.
5) Hours of Services:
- Business hours are 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. for “Safe Line” Calls
- 5:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Monday to Friday
- 24- Hour service from Friday 5:00 P.M. through Monday 7:30 A.M.
6) Contractor needs to provide quotation for less than 550 calls per month and more than 550 calls per month.
7) We will provide two 800 numbers to vendor for set-up.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
