[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to do manual data entry onto the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
2) The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system used is the organisation’s single system for recording interactions with its customers.
3) Contractor will enter the data generated by third parties directly onto the CRM system within specific timescales.
4) Data to be entered will normally be provided electronically to the contractor in the format of MS Excel Workbooks, MS Word Documents or similar.
5) This tender will cover a period of just less than three years from 1st July to 31st March 2014.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: 350000 GBP
