[A] Scope of Service:
1) The contractor must design and produce web pages for the web site, provide optional design documentation and provide training to staff for maintaining and updating information on the pages.
2) Design site layout. Develop the hypertext structure and organize the content for ease of use.
3) Develop a visual theme and color scheme with cohesive graphic design throughout the site
4) Adapt existing logos, color schemes to create the site’s graphical design
5) Design all site navigation tools, including, but not limited to, buttons, menu bars, and icons.
6) Incorporate current content into the design
7) Develop rotating banner ads with links that can be updated easily
8) Develop template home page design with animation effects, ensuring browser compatibility, especially with Netscape, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
