[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor shall be responsible for receiving and dispatching emergencies and other after hour calls at the close of each business day, including weekends.
2) Contractor will be responsible for dispatching all emergencies and other calls within ten (10) minutes of receiving calls.
3) Contractor will be responsible for dispatching all emergencies and other calls by use of two (2) way radio system and/or other communication devices.
4) Contractor will submit quotes based on a monthly and yearly flat rate that will include unlimited calls received and dispatched
5) The contractor shall be responsible for providing a monthly-itemized listing of calls received.
6) Volume of call is not mentioned in RFP.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
