[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide Emergency After Hours Call Answering Services for approximately 32,000 calls annually, 1000 to 4000 calls per month and around 35 to 125 calls per day.
2) Time period for answering calls will be:
Monday to Friday from 5.30pm to 7.30am, Saturday and Sunday 24 hours.
3) Record all calls received
4) Contractor should answer all calls and should provide electronically call reports.
5) The contract period shall be for 1 year with 1 year option to renew.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
