[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide services of scanning & uploading of scanned images and web based monitoring software for customer application forms.
2) The scanning shall be done at our office location.
3) A single server at circle level shall store the scanned data, index data workflow.
4) The database, application software and all interfaces shall be provided by the bidder. The application software has to be web based.
5) Application architecture should allow storage of scanned images & index field in Database.
6) The system must have single window view of images and index forms.

Performance of the work will be On-site.
