[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide digital recording or cassette tape Transcription Services for Government Authority.
2) Contract period shall be for three (3) years and it may extend for two (2) additional periods of up to one (1) year period.
3) We will forward to the Contractor the digital recording [transferred electronically] or the original cassette tape recording. Upon completion of the transcription, the Contractor shall return the original tape(s) and copy of the transcript.
4) The transcription shall be completed not more than 15 days from date ordered.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
