[A] Scope of Service:
1) Strategic goals for the new website to:
- serve as a primary recruitment tool for prospective students
- be competitive with other peer institutions’ online presence
- cater to a positive user experience for a wide audience, including prospective students, parents, and Guidance Counselors
- provide ease of navigation and satisfactory speed of response for all pages
- enhance user satisfaction and drive return visits through the use of interactive features
- allow University staff to easily update and edit content autonomously
2) Current site has 268 pages but new site should have fewer pages through restructuring.
3) Contractor to create a distinctive brand-inspired design which is closely aligned with marketing.
4) Design and implementation must be compatible with all major browsers (e.g. IE, Firefox, Safari, & Chrome) and end user platforms (e.g. PC, Mac)
5) Design and implementation must be compliant with current accessibility standards.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
