[A] Scope of Service:
1) Approximate volume of the work for Medical Transcription will be 400,000 lines per year.
2) Digital dictation system toll free access for dictation.
3) Turnaround time of within 48 hours of receipt of dictation
4) Turnaround time of within 2 hours of receipt of STAT dictation)
5) Vendor should have Medical transcription expertise with in-depth knowledge of pediatric subspecialties including Cardiology, Cerebral Palsy, Cleft Lip and Palate, Cranial Facial Anomalies, Hand, Myelomeningocele, Neurology, Orthopedic, Otology and Scoliosis.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
