[A] Scope of Service:
1) Medical transcription services are needed throughout the year for many of the programs including: Healthcare for the Homeless, Hansen’s disease Clinic, Tuberculosis Clinic, HIV/HCV Services, and the STD Clinic.
2) Successful bidder will be required to provide coverage from 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with a normal turnaround time of 48 hours from date of receipt.
3) The ability to dictate via telephone and to receive the dictation electronically (via email) is required.
4) Compensation will be based on the actual work performed at the rate that is stated on the price sheet in your proposal.
5) Contract will be for a period 1 year.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: 10000 USD per year
