[A] Scope of Service:
1) Data entry of approximately 0 – 10,000 Title and Registration Applications, Registration
Applications, IRP, and/or insurance vehicle transactions daily
2) This contract has an initial term estimated at 36 months
3) The Contractor must make all records available for access to the Secretary of State within 24 – 48 hours of receipt. This method will be accomplished by scanning documents, and making available on-line through the internet.
4) The Contractor shall pickup daily, process and electronically transmit all applications within five (5) business days of receipt.
5) The Contractor will also e-mail a daily report to reflecting the number of records, batch numbers and type records in each daily transmission.
6) The Contractor will maintain all electronic files for the term of this contract.
7) Contractor will guarantee a 99.5% accuracy rate on critical fields and a 95% accuracy rate on noncritical fields.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
