[A] Scope of Service:
We wish to incorporate similar navigation and relationship pages as currently employed by our Web site, the new site should:
1) Modernize the look of site and bring in line new brand guidelines;
2) Incorporate a robust, easy-to-use content management system;
3) Integrate a customer relationship management system to manage organizational contacts, sponsorships and historical organizational documents;
4) Include e-commerce functionality, specifically the ability to provide an online system for submitting award entries and payments
5) Auto-push news/updates to social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln, etc.;
6) Simplify the development, implementation and utilization of online forms, email announcements, email newsletters, surveys and searchable databases; and
7) Aggregate outside sources of relevant content into our front page to give the appearance of a dynamic Web site; and e provide a robust mobile experience.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
