[A] Scope of Service:
1) The term of the contract shall commence upon award and continue for one (1) year
2) We expect to receive approximately 2,500-3000 calls per campaign.
3) The majority will be calls from individual donors making donations via credit card. The remainder are questions, comments etc.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
