[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide 24 hours a day, 365 days a year coverage of a proprietary toll-free telephone number by a live operator for reporting allegations of unethical or illegal activity within the workplace.
2) Volume: Unlimited calls
3) Delivery of all reports via email and online system.
4) Monthly Summary Reports detailing monthly and yearly program activity.
5) Provide a report tracking system to catalog and track hotline call information.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
