[A] Scope of Service:
CONTRACTOR WILL
1) Develop Phone‐A‐Thon scripts with University approval.
2) Provide experienced and/or trained callers to carry out the Phone‐A‐Thon
3) Call Monday through Friday between 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. local time, Saturdays between 10:00 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Sundays between 1:00 p.m.‐ 8:00 p.m.
4) Update prospect records via research and collect updates during phonathon (callers will capture address/phone/email/employer information during each session)
5) Provide 24 hour, seven days a week access to contractor's online reporting system that will contain call statistics and pledge information.
6) Contract period will be from April 1, 2011 and ending on April 24, 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
