[A] Scope of Service:
1) We shall forward the scanned multi-page TIFF format images, documents in PDF format, and text files in an FTP server on regular basis.
2) Converting 35mm film to TIF images: Document size: approx. 11 x 17 or smaller: Convert to: 200dpi TIF images
3) Conversion of approximately 300000 images annually.
4) Contractor also will provide indexing service containing the file name of the image; roll number and frame number shall be included with the completed conversion.
5) Contract will be for an initial period of 1 year.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
