[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor must design, development, integration, testing, and communication of a web-interfaced database system that provides engineering education and educational evaluation professionals high quality evaluation instruments for use in engineering education development projects.
Three principal components of the PROJECT are:
a) Develop database and user interface which catalogues and supports use of superior engineering education evaluation instruments. This system must have web interface appearance and functionality of quality expected by the engineering education and evaluation communities.
b) Cooperate in instrument appraisal process that identifies, reviews, certifies, and supports refinement of superior evaluation instruments for engineering education
c) The contractor must support essential data collection and analysis planned for evaluating the system and must provide documentation and/or data needed for publications on system design and performance.
2) Contractor must have experience with HTML, PHP, Python, Django, MySql, and jquery.
3) The work under this CONTRACT will commence in March 2011 and be completed by December 31, 2013.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: 75000 USD for 3 Years
