[A] Scope of Service:
1) Transcription services include services for recorded and/or live meetings hearings and depositions.
2) Convert recordings provided by us either on CD or through electronic transfer, of meetings and/or hearings into printed document format and also provide an electronic copy in Word format to the Authority.
3) lf requested, take live stenographic transcription of meetings and hearings.
4) Transcribed, printed copy and electronic copy of transcriptions must be provided to the Authority within 5 business days of providing the recordings.
5) In the case of live stenographic transcription of meetings, hearings transcriptions must be provided to the Authority within 3 business days.
6) Billing is on a per hour basis.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
