[A] Scope of Service:
1) To provide professional transcribing services for investigations estimated amount is 2,400 pages per fiscal year and Emergency Medical Services and transcribing services for legal proceedings estimated amount is 3,800 pages per fiscal year.
2) The request for transcribing will be sent by mail to the vendor in a CD format or via email in a digital format from a digital recording.
3) The transcript is expected to be completed and returned within three (3) weeks from the date of the vendor receiving the recording.
4) The vendor shall provide the services effective from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
