[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are seeking a supplier to provide a call centre that can accommodate any questions and issues that may arise for the 650,000 (approx.) potential voters in Saskatchewan, during the next
Provincial General Election.
2) Contractor needs to provide services from September 2011 to November 2011.
3) 85% of calls are to be answered by a Call Centre agent within 18 seconds.
4) The supplier is expected to be available during standard business hours during the project which are defined as: Monday to Friday – 08:00 – 20:00 CST (Central Standard Time) Saturday and Sunday – 12:00- 19:00 CST
5) Average Volume of calls – 13000 calls for entire 3 months of duration i.e daily approx 470 calls.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
