[A] Scope of Service:
a) A new design direction is desired to support recruitment efforts. The site layout should be developed using a structure and method of organization that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. The site should:
1 Adhere to all University graphics standards for web sites, including header usage and colors.
2 Be built to institutional technical specifications.
3 Be designed for use with major web browsers and be compatible with mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablets.
4 Meet all Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
5 Use a roles and user structure to accommodate multiple users to the site.
6 Have the ability to accommodate multiple languages.
7 Integrate with social media components.
8 Support future needs and development.
b) Vendor will develop the Drupal website using appropriate content types and recommending appropriate, secure modules to aid in the development. Different user roles and permissions will need to be considered.
c) Vendor will test the new website, obtain internal and external user feedback, and recommend modifications. A full launch of the website ensuring proper functionality is required.
d) University requests that completion of the website design be done by August 1, 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
