[A] Scope of Service:
1) Staff a 24/7, toll-free help line, available statewide, with separate lines for adults and youth.
2) Provide crisis intervention, support and information via phone, email and website
3) Volume of Calls for last year was 35000 calls.
4) Contract will be from May 2, 2011, with customer services beginning July 1, 2011.
5) The term of the Contract will be fourteen (14) months and may be extended for 2 (two) years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: 320000 USD per year
