[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs too Design, build, and test a new Sustainable web portal.
2) Must be fully operational, functional and compatible with the City’s technical environment, which includes Windows 2003/2008 for server operating system, Office 2007 for desktop productivity, SharePoint 2007 for collaboration, and SQL Server 2005/2008 for databases.
3) GIS data is stored in Geo database on SQL Server 2008.
4) Will provide a content management system that allows content update via the web from external parties.
5) Compatible with all major browsers.
6) Site should be developed in C# .NET, using Visual Studio 2010, and web forms with JavaScript/ jQuery for client-side interactivity.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: $100,000 – 125,000
