[A] Scope of Service:
1) Overflow outage calls during regular working hours.
2) Overflow customer service calls during regular working hours.
3) Customer service and outage Calls to cover breaks and lunch times during regular working hours as needed.
4) Outage Calls after Regular Working Hours (including weekends and holidays).
5) Customer Service Calls after Regular Working Hours (including weekends and holidays).
6) Dispatching during Regular Working Hours on an as-needed basis to cover unexpected absences.
7) Dispatching after Regular Working Hours (including weekends and holidays).
8) After-hours crew assembly with trigger list to call Supervisor if needed.
9) View and understand our Customer Data to answer questions from our members.
10) Take payments over the phone via credit card and check using our system.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
