[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide Medical Billing and Collection Services for Government Authority.
2) Contract period shall be for three (3) years and it may extend for two (2) additional one year period.
3) Vendor will bill individuals, companies, medicare and Medicaid for use and transport for services rendered by government authority. Once the money is collected vendor will submit payment and necessary documents to account manager.
4) Vendor will collect unbilled tickets dating back to the prior two (2) years of contract.
5) Vendor needs to manage accounts billed, collected and outstanding.
6) Vendor will charge of not more than 8.5 % of collected revenue.
7) Vendor will provide 24/7 online access to real time reports and patient data.
8) Provide monthly financial reports and projections.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
