[A] Scope of Service:
1) The Contractor will provide call center services to respond to incoming and outgoing calls and emails
2) Provide virtual financial aid services to include phone, email, and chat; have the ability to add other virtual communication modalities, as requested by the College
3) Provide 24/7/365 full-time financial aid advisors using a dedicated team of operators.
4) Capacity to handle a call volume associated with 30,000 financial aid applications per year
5) Pricing will be comprehensive and will not be on a per-call basis
6) Collect and analyze data concerning trends and patterns or inquiries to identify potential problem areas so we can continuously improve our processes.
7) Record 100% of calls.
8) Handle basic financial aid questions such as file complete status, missing documents and financial aid award information
9) All call center operations must be within the continental United States.
10) Operators, except those chosen for their bilingual ability, must have English as their first and primary language.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
