[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide an offsite location ongoing archives and records management services.
2) Services includes records preservation, microfilming and digitizing (over 3,140,020 images scanned), storage, (approximately 3,650 boxes per month of various sizes) indexing and regular destruction of records (approximately 2,144 boxes shredded annually).
2) Contract will be for a term period of 1 year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
