[A] Scope of Service:
1) The proposed solution must integrate with SQL2008.
2) The proposed solution must be capable of storing the following types of documents: scanned images, email, system generated reports, and COLD documents.
3) The proposed solution must automatically import, index, and route COLD files.
4) Vendor must describe how the proposed solution will physically store the data. (i.e. database, flat-file directory structure, etc)
5) The proposed solution must be ODBC compliant.
6) Vendor must list all formats used for storing scanned images.
7) The proposed solution must allow documents to be indexed on multiple keys and provide quick indexing via database lookups at a remote site or headquarters.
8) The proposed solution must allow full text searching.
9) The proposed system be implemented in 6 months from the point of project start up.
10) The detailed functional and technical requirements can be seen in the tender document.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
