[A] Scope of Service:
1) We seek proposals for a software solution with three basic functionalities: document management, case management, and electronic filing, all of which should be fully integrated.
2) This should be a web-based solution that could be accessible from any internet connection.
3) This solution could be either an installed solution in the State’s Enterprise Data Center, Software as a Service (SAAS) or a cloud-based solution.
4) The new system should allow for the management of all documents, including those filed electronically as well as those created by the Regulators, in individual dockets and non-docketed proceedings in a single location.
5) The new system should provide staff with a means to track case openings and closings; create routine documents, labels and envelopes using the case matter database
6) The new system should provide the staff with reporting capabilities to assist in responding to internal and external queries.
7) The system should enable electronic filing of documents
8) System should incorporate robust search functionality and also provide security that prevents public access to confidential information.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
