[A] Scope of Service:
1) We require advanced web-based solution to meet the vast and growing needs of a premier collegiate retail environment, including robust POS and inventory management tools, advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
2) Tools to assist with web-based marketing to mass and niche audiences, components to provide with mobile POS capabilities and mobile device compatibility, and strong reporting capabilities with regards to sales, inventory, and marketing analytics.
3) The interface must include the development of an app compliant with Apple products iPad, iPod Touch and iPhone and available for purchase in the app store
4) The interface must be customizable using standard HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
5) All content on the site (including web product and categories) must be able to be searched and categorized by mainstream search engines and directories using strategically selected key words and phrases
6)The solution must include a “back-end” interface whereby staffs can add/edit/delete web content.
7) Solution must include a dependable and cost-efficient mobile POS solution

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
