[A] Scope of Service:
1) Call Center must be available to receive calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2) Ability to answer the expected and actual number of calls without putting callers on hold or dropping calls due to inability to answer the incoming request
3) Ability to operate on a continuous 24/7 basis to receive calls and route customer and to provide continuous operations.
4) Contractor can handle overflow calls from 7pm to 7am and weekend hours through a third party call center.
5) Current average call volume is approximately 12,980 calls each month of which 11,451 calls on average are answered directly by the call center. All call center telephone calls will be recorded
6) Hours of operation would be from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
