[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are seeking a contractor who can provide data entry services for approximately 1.7million documents using a combination of the following processing methods:
a) Online entry/verification, which involves working from digitally imaged documents to enter, verify and/or correct data shown on page sized documents that have been scanned. This includes processes for item-by-item data entry (key from image) and, optical and/or intelligent character recognition.
b) Traditional key to disk data entry, which involves working from paper forms, with either fixed or variable lengths.
2) The contractor will be entering data directly into the data capture systems which include key from image and conventional data entry from paper source documents.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
