[A] Scope of Service:
1) The period of performance will be from award till 31st March 2012.
2) The primary objective of this Statement of Work is to establish an arrangement with an external sales vendor to increase Call Center sales activity and generate new revenue.
3) The sales vendor will accomplish the following specified sales
a) Achieve Annual Revenue Objectives: The primary revenue. Sales vendor compensation will be based on achieving specifically outlined in the final contract.
b) Increase Call Center Client Base: The secondary objective is to increase the quantity of clients.
c) Provide Call Center Market Intelligence: This objective is qualitative and its achievement indirectly supports accomplishment of the revenue and customer base objective
4) Sales vendor will prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
5) Call Center operations will be from 6: AM to 10: PM.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
