[A] Scope of Service:
1) Customer Management System
Create a plan and budget for the development and implementation of a customized Customer
Management System (CMS)
2) E-mail Marketing System
Create a plan and budget for the development and implementation of an e-mail marketing system that utilizes the CMS to perform targeted e-mail blasts, distribute digital publications, and provide detailed reports and conversion tracking.
3) Web Site Development
Create a plan and budget for the development and implementation of enhancements to the Web site, to integrate the registration/reservation/permit/point-of-sale system and the CMS to provide site users with secure on-line transaction capability
4) All plan development work shall be completed by July 15, 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
