[A] Scope of Service:
1) The Contractor shall provide on-site transcription services for City School’s board meetings, employee dismissal cases, and for Facility Solution Public Forum’s.
2) The Contractor shall provide an accurate document from the recorded meetings
3) Documents returned to City Schools will be formatted in an MS Word Document
4) An overall accuracy rate of 97% is required.
5) There are approximately 19 board meetings in each school year.
6) The number of employee hearings can range from 20 – 40 in a school year
7) The anticipated term of this contract shall be for three years

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
