[A] Scope of Service:
1) The Data Entry Services would include pickup and delivery of documents from our office.
2) Approximate annual documents per year to be entered would be one hundred twenty five thousand (125,000) paper docs.
3) Each doc would require the data entry of approximately fifty (50) fields, approximately four hundred (400) total characters, and double entry verification of certain fields.
4) The initial term of CONTRACT shall be from date of award through June 30, 2014.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
