We are Georgia; USA based Government Authority looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Call Center Services.

[A] Scope of Service:
1) The selected contractor will provide the Program with front-end customer support providing information about our program as well as individual claims for benefits.
2) Contractor must have experience with responding to inquiries for Unemployment Insurance claimants.
3) Contractor must be capable to handle a call volume of at least 25,000 calls per month.
4) Provide service with a wait time of five (5) minutes or less.
5) Answer calls from at least 8 AM until 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
6) Route all customer service number calls through its own IVR (interactive voice response) system
7) Report must be provided advising the number of calls handled by IVR, answered or forwarded to the Department on a daily/weekly/quarterly basis.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
