We are Maharashtra; India based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Data Entry of accounts and transactions through Software initially for a period of three months which can be extended on a month to month basis depending upon the quantum of work.

[A] Scope of Service:
The work involves the following stages:
1) Installation of software in PCs of the service provider to be established at Head Office premises.
2) The data operator should be well versed in computer applications.
3) Data entry of opening of accounts, subsequent transactions and non-cash entries should be done through Software.
4) After completion of the work, copying of entire data in DVD CD as back up media besides generating a hard copy.
5) After completion of work, loading of the data entered into department’s computers.
6) The approximate total records to be entered will be around 191598 accounts to be opened and 157410 accounts to be signature scanned and 8667439 transactions are to be posted in the ledger.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
