[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide Translation and Dictation services for government authority.
2) Vendor should provide receipt of dictation for 24 hours per day. And vendor should accurately transcribe all dictation in the format specified by government authority.
3) Vendor should deliver all transcribed documents in Microsoft word format.
4) Contract period shall be for two (2) years and it may extent for two (2) additional one year periods.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
