[A] Scope of Service:
1) The websites must be able to display documents in a variety of formats including pdf and excel and be able to incorporate the use of hyperlinks.
2) The websites will be visually appealing and have an attractive mix of text, graphics and photographs that maintains a consistent design, and common look and feel throughout each section of the sites.
3) The data displayed on the websites should have the ability to be made in to maps, charts and graphs
4) The maps, charts and graphs should have the ability to be copied and pasted into other documents as Word or PowerPoint without any additional software.
5) The websites must be easy to navigate and where necessary display help functions on the pages.
6) The website should use a content management system that is easy to operate and permits staff to instantly update website content on pages.
7) The websites will have searchable capabilities using key words or phrasing that will identify content on each page and/or throughout each site.
8) The websites will be on a secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
9) The websites should include tools such as Adobe flash or other website enhancing tools.
10) The websites must be compatible with popular browsers, including but not limited to: Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, and Firefox by Mozilla, Safari and Chrome.
11) Contract will be for a period of 4-6 months.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
