[A] Scope of Service:
1) Work includes production of e-books files converted from digital and analog formatting, requiring such operations as scanning analog books to pdf files, converting pdf and InDesign files to e-book formatting, lossy-compression of encoding ZIP files, burning to DVD, printing the title on the DVD, packing and delivery.
2) Approximately 12 orders a year (monthly). Each order will have 2 to 5 book per order, with an average of 3 books per order
3) The page count per book will be approximately 64 pages per book.
4) Approximately 30% of the orders will be paper books requiring scanning and 70% of the orders will have the books in a digital format.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
