[A] Scope of Service:
1) The Service Provider will use the technical specifications to implement the Mobile Apps. The specific items of implementation are the country factsheets and bubble-charts as iPad Apps, and as HTML5 apps
2) The interface of the Mobile Apps (HTML5) must be integrated into our website, for use by mobile devices, such as Android OS pads, as well as embedding in other websites.
3) Contractor needs to develop two applications:
a) One application for iPad registered and released on iTunes
b) One application for other Mobile devices, released on a windows server.
4) Major features required on the applications:
- Apps should replicate the existing Country Factsheets, one for each member state (192 total);
- Apps should replicate the 12 existing “bubble charts” for the ten strategy areas, EPI indicators, and Financial Indicators;
- Navigation world map to allow drill down to country factsheets;
- Integration, deployment and configuration of Mobile App products;
- Interface available in the following languages: English, French, Spanish and Russian.
- The iPad app should run without internet connection.
- The other mobile devices can connect to internet for data updates.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
