[A] Scope of Service:
1) These services can include but are not limited to scanning of microfilm/microfiche, images, documents, index data, aperture cards, data preparation, conversion, indexing, data re-assembly, and data destruction.
2) This service includes the scanning of hard copy documents and the conversion to an electronic image such as but not limited to PDF, bmp, JPEG, or TIFF.
3) Data conversion is to be imaged to a data storage media such as but not limited to compact disk, FTP or DVD.
4) Documents will be returned along with the data storage media agreed by both parties unless document destruction has been specifically authorized.
5) Contracted vendor will pick up documents and deliver imaged documents.
6) Contracted vendor will provide data entry of key information and verification of specified index fields
7) Vendor will provide a secure environment for storage of the data and documents that are being converted.
8) Contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for two (2) additional one year periods.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
