[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide Customer support call center service for government authority.
2) Contractor must be capable of handling our customer base of 300000 users.
3) The estimated contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
