[A] Scope of Service:
1) Create a page layout for mobile site and major structure and organization of the site. Library graphics, color palette, logo and other branding will be incorporated to the extent possible with library direction and feedback taken into account.
2) Provide mobile device-suitable displays of library data including book or other media covers, individual book data pages, reviews, etc. and allow patrons to place a hold on these resources in a secure fashion.
3) Create a prototype or development mobile site for display; demonstration and testing by the library implementation team
4) Provide three separate mobile versions of our site - a mobile web application for use in a mobile phone browser, a native iOS (iPhone) application and a native Android OS application. The firm’s responsibility will cover the process of having the library's applications posted on the iTunes and Android store.
5) Hosting of the website.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: 15000 USD for 1st year. Annual hosting thereafter has a budget of 10000 USD.
