[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor will be required to provide data entry services for approximately 2.5 million reports annually.
2) Standards for speed and accuracy must be maintained while doing data entry.
3) Providing customer service to more than 300,000 employers by using customer call center staff.
4) As many as eight hundred (800) inbound telephone calls and two hundred thirty (230) e-mails per month are received currently.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
