[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide Medical Transcription Services.
2) Contract will be for a period of 5 years.
3) Supplier shall have experience dental and oral pathology specific transcription.
4) Supplier must have a secure Web Portal so that documents can be managed anywhere there is Web connectivity.
5) Supplier turn-around time shall be 24 hours or less from transmission
6) Supplier must have STAT dictation in less than three hours from transmission and notification.
7) Supplier must provide detailed reports.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
