We are California; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider to conduct an Ongoing Telephonic Survey. The survey will focus on residential and business customers. The purpose of the survey is to customers’ opinion of the customer service they received.

[A] Scope of Service:
1) Receive weekly sample of residential and business customers’ names, phone numbers, and other customer identifying information provided by us in an MS Excel spreadsheet.
2) Conduct interviews:
- Forty (40) interviews completed each week (for a total of 160 completed interviews each month – 120 Residential and 40 Commercial).
- Use existing questionnaires
- Make modifications to questionnaire when requested
- Interviews have an approximate average of 5 minutes duration with up to two open ended questions
- Interviews shall be conducted in English
- Residential Customers to be surveyed on weekdays and weekends except during major holidays.
3) Notify identified employee of customer problems, extremely negative, or extremely positive comments
4) Enter data collected from interview into SPSS and e-mail electronic copy of data files to identified employee by the 10th business day of each month.
5) Analyze current month’s data and yearly data.
6) By the 10th business day of each month, e-mail results of above analysis consisting of current monthly data.
7) Surveys will be conducted from May 2011 through April 2014.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
