We are Europe based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Data Capture and Imaging Services. The capture of data contained on certain tax returns including the annual P35 Return filed by employers and the annual VAT Return of Trading Details.

[A] Scope of Service:
1) The data capture and imaging of approx. 150,000 P35LF, P35L and P35L/T forms each year over a 2-year period.
2) The data capture and imaging of approx 50,000 RTD forms in year 1 and an estimated 40,000 forms in subsequent years.
3) Approximately 10,000 paper P35LF’s are received annually.
4) Approximately 130,000 paper P35L and P35 L/T forms are received each year and these contain details of approx. 300,000 individual employees
5) The data and images must be captured and supplied to Revenue in prescribed formats and in accordance with an agreed time schedule.
6) Revenue requires a secure, confidential, accurate and cost effective service for the efficient capture and transmission of files.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
